Not possible. Handguns are outlawed in Washington, D.C. I guess they need to emphasize that murder is illegal and pass an even stricter handgun ban in D.C.

The authorities must also kindly remind all the armed criminals that they need to register their pieces. It is a legal requirement, afterall. ;)
