There is a converter at the bottom of this page, just paste the 'funky' URL, select the 'URL-Safe Encoding' radio button and hit the '<-- Convert -->' button to change it into a non-encoded (readable) URL.

I have my FR preferences set to show 250 messages per page, but ever since this site was upgraded recently I am never able to get more than 50 posts per page. Argghhhh!!!

Regarding the 50 post thing, there's already a thread going on that somewhere . . . we were kicking it around with the FR braintrust, but I haven't been back on that thread for a day or two . . . obviously the problem's not resolved yet . . .
The bottom URL in your post, when I clicked it, it gave a notice that it was "disconnected for security reasons".
What did I miss?
