HAZMAT situation at Chicago Union Station. Someone on a bike rode through and dropped approximately one cup of a white powdery substance at the entrance to Chicago' main train station. One decon tube set up. One ALS ambulance requested as a precaution. Substance not identified, no description yet on the person on the bike.
HAZMAT situation secured. Batallion Chief wouldn't say what it was over the air. Said he would call the dispatcher via his cell phone.
