I love it! Some of the sniper site's are now saying the best sniper gun is now a .22.

My last purchase was a Rossi shotgun/22LR Matched Barrels( I think I am saying that right). It is sweet! FRIST shot my husband said you missed the whole target, we went to look, dead center.

Israel must widen the "buffer zone" between the Gaza Strip and Egypt to prevent Palestinians from digging tunnels for arms smuggling, the commander of Israel's Southern Brigade said during a tour of the battle-torn border. The move would require the demolition of thousands more Palestinian homes.

Always a good feeling. A friend allowed me to shoot his Thompson Contender with a match quality .22LR barrel. First shot at 25 yards looked incredible. I pulled the target back from the 25 yard mark. It was dead center. Like someone took an office paper punch to the target. My "buddy" was so jealous that he ran the target out to 15 feet and nailed it with a 12 gauge shotgun. We don't go shooting together anymore.

I have two rifles on my wish list. The Ruger 10/22 with the hammer-forged (spiral) bull barrel and a Savage 12-series in .204 Ruger with the precision trigger. The 10/22 is a fine tack driver at 100 yards. The .204 Ruger produces 4000 fps muzzle velocity. That looks to be a very fine target rifle. I don't know if I'm ever going to have time to do any hunting.
