We have a constant stream of very healthy waves coming off Africa, I've never seen anything like it. It's going to be a loooong season.

O-M-G. When I did my story on hurricanes for ASG back in 1993 I used a pic from NOAA they called "The Parade of Storms" when there were like FIVE hurricanes or TS systems rolling around the Atlantic. Not one of them hit the USA. Judging from the last 36 hours, I'd say were not going to be that lucky this time.
