I just went to the National Hurricane Center site and looked at the projected path of Charlie. If it stays on course, It will drop on my head as a most probably as tropical storm. I dont know if it will strengthen over the Atlantic, but if it does, it looks like Hurricane Floyd (1999) redux when it lands. This thing may tear up a large chunk of the east coast.
