The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.
"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."
We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

We need to keep track of these balloons and try to find out if there are any followups, any illnesses reported- If AQ really does plan to hit 60 days before election-- it is possible they would be timing illness outbreaks to further debilitate survivors .

Weather service meteorologists say it was not one of their balloons.
This is extremely troubling. Any followup? Part of a weather balloon fell near Ephrata- PA recently- apparently object had wires sticking out of it and was humming.
Also, haven't 2 "Twin City" areas had incidents this week?

I'm also wondering about the small plane that circled Gettysburg PA some time ago- for 2 hours one AM- 2 states were later searched and the plane was never found.
I do recall reading that AQ had investigated weather patterns- esp. wind directions- over a number of significant cities.

Too bad Idema was taken down. Maybe he would have collected the bounty on OBL and al-Zawahri if left out there a little longer. 75 million dollars for both? Damn. I want OBL captured or confirmed dead, don't we all? Need to know more about Idema. Is he worth defending and speaking out for? The story reminds me of the American bounty hunter, Dog, who had a little problem in Mexico not to long ago, apprehending a scumbag, much like OBL. Dog was eventually exonnerated.

The nineteen cities definitely looked familiar. I compared them to the cities on the May 1 Red Cross list, and several are either on or adjacent to cities on the Saudi broadcast list. What list are you comparing them to?

It's stories like this one from June that stick in my craw. It's as if there's only a thin barrier holding people back. We'll see at the RNC exactly how far they're willing to go.

Excellent idea. We'd know already if it was anthrax. If it's something else, 1-2 weeks maybe.
