The typical incubation period for inhalational anthrax is listed as 10 days. It can be as short as one day, but that is apparently rare and only with high dose exposure.

Just got on. I don't know if this was already posted but- very early this AM on Fox (around 4:30) the news ticker mentioned a continuity of government exercise to coincide with the Republican Convention. Isn't this also what was done (COG) during the heightened alert over Christmastime?
Looks like Sept 2 or slightly before might be a date of interest for us to watch/prepare for.
