Threat Matrix: Daily Terror Threat - Thread SEVENTEEN
World Net Daily ^ | 8-10-04 | Paul Sperry

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned.

"The fugo balloon comes to mind."

Ok, well, I don't recall hearing that term.
Maybe I have.
Let's look that up.

Ok. Yep. that's what I'm thinking about.

I think everyone is pushing 'look out for Shukrijumah,' especially in recent weeks. He is not a Saudi, but for all intensive purposes his family is from there. His father was a wahabi cleric who relocated to south Florida after his stint in SA. The connections to SA are quite numerous. The connections between his father and other terrorists were quite numerous (he was a translator for the Blind Sheikh). The connections between el Shukri and 9/11 terrorists from SA are also quite numerous.

The press has widely reported that el Shukri is from Saudi, much to their chagrin. It is part myth/part reality; a common mistake.

There was a "parachute" like that on the 2nd or 3rd of July in Delaware. We discussed that here. There was also another "balloon" in Pennsylvania last week, IIRC.

Third time's a charm.

It has been posted on this thread in articles and reports that Shukrijumah was born in Saudi Arabia; however, the Saudis deny this fact.

Please defend your attack on in your post 3269. After reviewing each post involved when callmejoe was attacked earlier this month, I see no evidence that he defends radical extremist muslim terrorists.

In fact, he stated that he is a Christian. I am a Christian, and it is my understanding that God will judge us, and that we should not pass judgement on one another. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I refer to Matthew 7:1-5 and James 4:11.

Callmejoe's posts have been very well thought out and contain a lot of substance. He knows a great deal about the WOT and is a valuable contributor. I think that attacks are warranted for an enemy.

There are a lot of opinions we form that are based on our unique experiences. During a war, we can scarcely afford to alienate someone who is clearly against the terrorists and on the right team. Dogmatic differences should not trump our common goal to defeat the enemy. We need to pick our battles.

I believe in a good-hearted discussion, but heated discussions should be private. To raise doubt about someone's integrity on a public thread is not appropriate. I've seen too many valuable people alienated by antagonism and taunting not to speak my mind on this issue.

Rant over. Ready for the onslaught.

FBI Investigates Letter Threatening Honolulu Airport
Authorities Say No Security Added

HONOLULU -- FBI offices in five cities, including Honolulu, are investigating a threatening letter that they hope is a hoax.

Authorities aren't ready to call the letter a hoax, but they are also not responding with any additional security.

The main feature of the letter is apparently a caricature of the mythological grim reaper and some other symbols. It was sent from the United Kingdom to airports in Honolulu, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Baltimore.

The apparently identical letters reportedly say, "Your days are numbered." (snip)

I have a vague recollection of seeing something like that on one of many links.

The "grim reaper" is a european thing that started around the time of the black plague, IIRC.

That is so common, even the eco-weirds have used that symbol.
It seems pretty juvenile. Now the "and some other symbols" might
be interesting.
