Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned. |

hehe... I'll be in Cape Cod next week, the weather pattern would tend to carry both storms right up the east coast. I would like to say "Sorry, Charley" as well. :)

Perhaps that what they want, reason to clearly unite the moslum world against Israel, nothing would do it faster. Secondly, it would provide justification for them to use their nukes if they already have them. Iran has considerable reserves, though I'm not current on the actual amount or % of world. Probably something that could be googled quickly from the CIA world book.
I was ultimately shooting for a weak spot in their money handling. It seems to me that they'd rather minimize the money transfers.
It may be that this guy was prepared to die, but he was taken off of his primary and secondary mission, and was maybe looking for a quick alternative.
That would be good news to me.

Hackers hit Hizbullah website
By Leila Hatoum
Special to The Daily Star
Tuesday, August 10, 2004
BEIRUT: Visitors to Hizbullah's website were surprised Monday to find themselves entering an adult site instead of Hizbullah's normal web page that is dedicated to the resistance.
The site www.hizbullah.org, was apparently attacked by hackers, who replaced the page with another one dedicated to adults - or, in other words, a "porn site."
As of late Monday, the opening page read: "You are about to enter an adult site, click here to enter."
A source working closely with Hizbullah's internet team said that they "had been getting an error message when trying to enter the page."
When asked if hackers could have caused the problems, the source said "most probably not," adding that the internet team would look into the matter.
In a separate development on Monday, Foreign Minister Jean Obeid said that Al-Manar television station had the right to express its opinion freely.
He was referring to recent efforts by a French government agency to prevent the broadcast of the Hizbullah station via satellite in France

Pakistan Limits Cooperation with IAEA on Iran
Source: Radio Farda Newsroom
Pakistan foreign minister said Pakistan will not allow UN to inspect its nuclear facilities as part of its probe on Iran's nuclear program.
August 9, 2004 - Inspection of Pakistan's nuclear facilities as a part of the UN probe into Iran's nuclear program is out of question, Pakistani foreign minister Khorshid Mahmud Kasuri, who is in Tehran on a two-day visit, said on Monday during a joint press conference with foreign minister Kamal Kharrazi.
Pakistan is a responsible member of the international community. We have been cooperating with the IAEA and sharing information, he said. Of course we will cooperate and are cooperating, but as far as inspections of Pakistan are concerned, that is out of the question. We are not a signatory of the NPT, he added.
Cooperation of Pakistan can potentially help UN inspectors to verify the Islamic officials claim that traces of highly enriched uranium found by the UN International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors in several nuclear facilities in Iran were from centrifuge equipment bought on the black market through father of Pakistan nuclear bomb Abdul Qadeer Khan.
Pakistani foreign minister did not say how his country would help the International Atomic Energy Agency's inspections, but defended Pakistan's own nuclear weapons program.
Foreign minister Kharrazi said the US did not have any reason to press IAEA's board of governors in their meeting next September to refer Iran's nuclear program to the UN Security Council for imposing sanctions.
Only the Americans say Iran's case will be referred to the Security Council, but to send Iran's case to the Security Council they need reasons and we have to have committed violations, Kharrazi said.

Yes.
The government won't do anything even if 100,000 are killed (except declare martial law and confiscate all weapons).
Israel will take out Iran all by itself if it has to.
I pray that you are wrong about or Gov't not retaliating if 100K are killed by a Terrorist attack on our soil.
Awesome resource, thanks. Should come in handy this school year. Iran is number 5 in the world for proven oil reserves. Over 61 billion barrels.
Thanks for the ping Piper - I'm on vacation and just stopped in to check news quickly. Will be out for another 5 days or so. Hold down the fort and everyone stay safe. :-)
May be under a Kerry administration, but not the present.
Hate to have to logoff after such a good evening of TM. Busy day tomorrow. Will try to reply tomorrow AM to any of your posts to me.
