The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.
"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."
We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

On this day, Muhammad sets off with an army, they fight, and yet Allah says that he was the killer, the thief, and the slave trader. Believe what you will about god being an immoral thug; the creator of the universe cannot be so impotent and delusional he has to usurp credit for acts clearly performed by others.
What’s really happening here is the essence of Islam. Muhammad needed a spiritual endorsement to make his vulgar deeds—piracy, the slave trade, and terrorism—seem godly. By alleging that Allah perpetrated the crimes, Muhammad obfuscated personal responsibility for his heinous behavior.
In each raid Muhammad’s militants were the aggressors. They have not been depicted defending themselves as Islamic apologists claim. They were heartless thugs doing what lost souls do—murdering and plundering. Even now, this township’s only crime was trying to offer aid to the Jewish families the Muslims had banished from their homes in Yathrib.

I was actually going to give it personally to certain teachers. This leftie is so blind she couldn't find her A$$ with both hands. I have to be very careful about teachers mailboxes. They are supposed to be part of the US Mail. Same penalties for messing with them. A teacher last year got transferred to another school (worse one) for putting non-school approved material in the boxes.

Russia's Northern Fleet will participate in the drill, which isaimed at training operational compatibility of the naval forces ofboth sides, Ivanov said after talks with his US counterpart Donald Rumsfeld in Saint Petersburg, the second largest city of Russia.

I'm watching the Salisbury, MD news right now - which is actually more local for me than the Norfolk stations.
They're saying 4-6 inches of rain and about 30mph winds with gusts on the coast of about 50.
