Now Shep Smith pulling an O'Reilly???
Fox News | 08/06/04 | awestruck

Posted on 08/06/2004 1:00:31 PM PDT by Awestruck

I just saw Shep Smith on Fox, talking about the Swift Vets, and saying "hardly any of these guys actually served with Kerry, I mean they were in the same war..." He also has "experts" on the pro-Kerry side and no one on the other side...what's going on with Fox on this issue???

Sheperd Smith is exactly like O'Reilly in that he is shrill and a blabber mouth who also loves to hear the sound of his voice as evidenced by his unwillingness to have mercy on his listeners and just shut up!

During many of his spots on the air I just mute him as I often do O'Reilly when his shrill mouth also becomes unbearable!

E.D. Hill is a Dem, Kiran Chetry is a lefty Dem, Shep is an idiot (I don't know which party he belongs to), and Judge Napolitano likes gay marriage. We all know that Geraldo and Greta are libs. I don't know about any of the others that I didn't name, but I'd be willing to bet that they're all a bunch of libs.

As far as writing Fox is concerned, I've written them many times and it appears that my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

It sure is obvious Shep didn't check into anything. Never did really like his show and now I would never watch him.

I have been boycotting all TV news recently and listening to radio talk -- like it a lot better.

What no one seems to understand is the swift boat crews were not on the boats all the time, that they were based either on a ship, a cutter or a land station. The ones that were attatched to my husband's ship were one week off and one week on, alternating two crews on one boat.

Time for Freepers to start a boycott of Fox News and their advertisers until they return to Fair and Balanced.

It's time for another news network to emerge...a TRULY fair and balanced network. Any super wealthy freepers out there??? GO FOR IT!

Got that right -- Murdoch supported Gore. I haven't trusted Murdoch since he purchased the San Antonio Express after owning the Light and then merged them into the Express keeping the more liberal Express alive and well!

That is a good explanation. I like it, it's plain and simple, something that Shepard Smith ought to be able to understand.

I think Oreily observed Rush's success and tried to copy it. he is only after ratings and has few sincere beliefs that come across. All of them to the left.

I keep asking too where is a CONSERVATIVE Rich Republican to buy a news channel? I have had it -- not going to get frustrated with them again. After listening to Rush today, I made the mistake of turning on Fox News -- should have known better. Won't make that mistake again!

Woohoo -- Gingrinch calls Moore's movie a "Pustule of dishonesty," and Moore was in the box, with President Carter, during the DEM convention, and Kerry didn't distance himself from that.

Gingrinch says the McCain Feingold bill is fatally flawed, etc. Great comment by Gingrinch. Get rid of Federal regulation in this area.

Anyway, Gibson at least gets his facts straight.

Fox should have Hooker Hirerer, Bob Beckel and Hooker Toe-Sucker Dick Morris on the same night.

Hannity, "What's it gonna be tonight boys? Partisan Politics or Partisan Fetishes?

AMEN!!!!!!! That defeatist attitude will definitely lead to defeat. We are not only going to re-elect Bush, we are going to do it handily.

First the idiot that is second in command, comes out and endorses Kerry. Then O'Reilly comes out with his BS, now this. I see a pattern developing, as would most people with one scintilla of an excuse for a brain. What really has me roiled, is the take of Britt Hume on this issue, I think he is the best in the business. This company has no research dept.?(rhetorical)<sarcasm

Fox got its wings after 9/11.

It seems they are fading fast with perhaps only hanity keeping the faith, so to speak.

(seriously the fox and friends infobabes are women of wealsley, what else do we expect)

Greta has been unwatchable from day one.

Fox wins its time slots because fox has zero competition. They give us a taste of conservative info and bombard with unfiltered DNC talking points. The competition gives nothing but unfiltered DNC talking points.

Not good enough Fox.
