Yippee! Scott just got a plug in for www.wintersoldier.com...
Yes, Hannity could do lots better. I'm just glad they are finally getting the air time that they deserve.

Yep. Go to "Press Gaggle by Scott McClellan (White House Response to Swift Boat group--CBS LIED AGAIN)" for details. The White House is not questioning the truth behind the SBVfT ad, but are smartly calling for an end to ALL 527 ads (e.g. moveon.org, etc.), so they're on record as being against these ads, give the SBVs a plug, and don't attack their credibility. Smart politics (even though Bush signed McCain-Feingold, thinking the SCOTUS would shoot it down, thereby helping to set this up). Scott McClellan kept bringing up the $62M of 527 ads attacking the president so far.

You may want to check out this thread.
Hmmmm.... I wonder if they asked Kerry {repeatedly} to condemn Michael Moore's movie, the book by Clarke, etc...???
For some reason, I can't recall the media getting so upset about the millions in spending by MoveOn.org, Moore, etc to bring down our president.

Who was the Van guy? I am trying to check what boat he was on and swiftvets.com is just pulled offline now due to DOS attacks.

It's a Hacking thing...Denial Of Service.
There are disruptors trying to take the website down and it looks like they are getting through. I hope they find the geeks

What is a DOS attack? Must have something to do with a spam attack. I guess it has impaired the ability of their server.

A denial of service attack. You don't actually screw with the contents of the site, just keep people from accessing it.

meanwhile, the White House is telling the Swiftboat group to get off their side. Don't believe everything you read from CBS, et al. If you read the press breifing by Scott McClellan, all the WH did was say that there should be no soft money ads, pointed out the $62 million in soft money ads pointed against the President, and dared the Dems to denounce MoveOn.org, George Soros, etc. before they would denounce the Swiftboat Vets.

If anyone misses this, I believe Hannity.com streams and repeats shows 24 hours a day.

It's a miracle we ever win anything with press so firmly planted on their side. Imagine how well we would do if they were fair.
