Understood. How hard did you rail on the VP in 2000?

I realize he certainly had a history in WY, having served as their Congressman decades ago, but he had lived in Texas for a very long time.

How does one carpetbag while running for the VPOTUS spot? I see your point concerning the Constitution reqs, but it's not carpetbagging.

What does Keyes know of that state?

Do you forget that the Cheney's had maintained property in Wyoming all along? He had to be in Texas because of his job at Haliburton. It's not at all the same thing. Bush made the choice and only a Constitutional requirement caused the move. That case's hardly parity with Hillary.
