Do you forget that the Cheney's had maintained property in Wyoming all along? He had to be in Texas because of his job at Haliburton. It's not at all the same thing. Bush made the choice and only a Constitutional requirement caused the move. That case's hardly parity with Hillary.
Never said it was parity. I just pointed out that no one cares about it at the presidential and senatorial level.
The Constitutional requirements are met. That's all that matters.
