Gov't to end public nuclear updates

WASHINGTON -- The government will no longer reveal security gaps discovered at nuclear power plants, hoping to prevent terrorists from using the information, regulators said Wednesday.

The government can halt security gap updates all it wants, but when security is compromised by those guarding these facilities, construction issues are known to be inadequate, the media publishes from its wealth of databases, and the internet provides birds-eye-views of these sites as well as background information to anyone seeking it, perhaps more needs to be done than just clamming up.
