Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network planned to blow up Heathrow airport in a September 11-style terrorist attack, it has emerged.
Chilling details were discovered on the computer of an al-Qaeda suspect arrested in Pakistan.
One of the 13 men arrested in anti-terror raids on Tuesday was said to be in the advanced stages of planning the attack.
The man was detained as a result of intelligence gathered after a recent raid in Pakistan.
