The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

By no means am I trying to incite racial unrest :)

But it is something to think about. Those who seek to do harm are not limited to AQ, Hizbollah and Hamas. In fact, the above-named organizations - on a certain level - would LOVE to watch us destroy ourselves from within in an all-out race war. I personally don't think it is probable or even possible, but things aren't all "hunky-dory" - especially not here in the South.

Two of my best friends are black (no, they do not require being called African-American) and my varied interests and friendships bring me into the black community on a regular basis. (Yes, there are still well-defined parameters of black communities and white communities here.) The growing number of adherents to Islam among African-Americans is staggering, and most of the new converts I know are educated, well-read, and need I add: all are male. Even though they profess an admiration for the "peacefullness" of said religion, each shares a commonality of disdain/dislike/hatred of our government for past injustices and present perceived inequities. Most would enjoy seeing our government (which they view as being rich/white/male) get it's come-uppance. Would any of the young black males I know take part in any form of radical Islamic extremism/violence? Unequivocally "no." But if it came to that, too many would sit back and say, "Well, they got what they deserve."

Just some random observations... by no means am I attempting to speak for an entire segment of society - just a little slice of life from "my hood."

It was a hypothetical.

If such a network exists in a state/city/region, it only exists because it escaped detection, and I doubt we are so bad and they are so good that this is possible across the board. But it could happen in key areas.

Think about it this way. Before 2001, we were trying to deal with UBL by having "subcontractors" (Northern Alliance folks) track him and possibly eliminate him (but we were never serious about that it seems). When it came time to get serious (post-9/11), we went in ourselves to lead the effort. (To get a job done right sometimes you have to do it yourself)

Turn the tables. Operations against the US were done by AQ, but they are "subcontractors" in the terrorist feeding chain. While other nations' "special forces" may not seem so "special" to us, they are much more threatening than UBL, Zawahiri, or Zarqawi. They (AQ) for the most part are not and never will be trained "professionals", but if "unprofessional" AQ has sleepers, that means the "professionals" (enemy intelligence and special forces) have a significant presence here as well.

They are not all working at the UN.

After 3,000 dead on 9/11, America changed forever, It will change again when the casualties are ten or one hundred times that amount.

Even if each of the 3,000 victims knew 100 friends and family whose lives would be shattered by the loss, that is still only one-tenth of one percent of the American population (roughly 300,000 out of roughly 300,000,000).

With the coming "single day of horror", those of us who survive will each know either an acquaintance, a friend, or family that perished or was forver maimed/scarred or we will have someone close to us who is in that position.

I cannot tell you what level of casualties forces us into a mass revenge mindset (30,000 or 300,000 or 3,000,000) but I can tell you there is a number.

And at that point, *no one* will be able to control what happens as it escalates. We will all be swept up in an apocalyptic whirpool where everyone will lose. For whoever survives will wish they had not.

They are trying to hijack the Islamic world. We have to help the passengers take back the planes.

Like we are in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ever notice the listed state sponsors of terror all also have histories of WMD programs?

The only two things our national adversaries have going for them are time and space. Time to erode national will and space to force a conclusion before we are able to fully get from point A to point B.

Terror and WMD inside the continental US buys them both.
But it won't be enough.

"Allah" is merely the Arabic word for God.
The Aramaic word (like Arabic) Jesus spoke for "God" sounded much the same.
(Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani - - Eloi is the genitive form of El'lah)
The Christian minority in the Arab world uses the same word.
The Arabic Bible uses that word for God.

The problem is not with God/Allah/El'lah, Who is compassionate and merciful.
The problem is with those who would seek to hate and kill in His Name.

FBI scours car of doctor (anthrax update)

More than a dozen FBI agents investigating the 2001 anthrax attacks descended on Connellsville (PA) Airport Saturday to comb through a UPMC-McKeesport doctor's car. Agents vacuumed Dr. Kenneth M. Berry's white Mercury Sable for evidence, said Frank Sero, an employee at Connellsville Airport, Fayette County.


He did not know what the agents were seeking, or what they took from the car. Forensic investigators frequently use vacuums to collect fibers, hair samples and other trace evidence.


"I can confirm that we did conduct a search of a vehicle at the Connellsville Airport," said Special Agent Jeff Killeen, of the Pittsburgh field office. "The search was in connection with the fall 2001 anthrax mailings. There was no threat to the public health or public safety from this search."

Noticed the link you posted for the olympic stadium and checked out the picture; we are waiting for Bobitutu to post a translation of the message that came with the original drawing of the building or bridge and the aircraft. There was a description or reference on a previous post, something to do with TWO BOWS...that fits with the stadium, if you think of a BOW as in RAINBOW.

God is compassionate and merciful whether your mouth says "God", "Dios", or "Allah". If the terrorists believed that, they would think twice whether killing women and children is "merciful". But it is true nonetheless - - no matter how you say it.

And I am only saying what Billy (not Franklin) Graham said in the past.

We worship the same God.

If David Koresh said that "Jesus" told him to rape little girls and set everyone on fire, that does not mean there is a problem with Jesus/Y'shua/Issa. The problem was with Koresh.

If certain Muslims, say "Allah" has told them to kill all infidels, including innocent women and children, the problem is not with "Allah", it is with the killers who justify their crimes in his Name.

I know Christ personally, and we are called to redeem, not destroy.
If you knew Him, you would understand.

We can and will act in self defense, but a declaration of war against an entire religion (instead of a small, deviant strain as the 9/11 Commission calls it - "political Islam") such a war is a "holy war".

Do not tell Christians who speak Arabic that they worship "Satan".
If you know your scriptures, Christ taught there is only one sin that is unforgivable.

And if you believe it is our mission to kill all Muslims.
Then, my friend, you are a holy warrior, a follower of jihad.
And it is just as evil.

As President Bush says and believes, Islam is a religion of peace.

Those who hate all Muslims simply because they are Muslims are no better than those who hate all Christians because they are Christians.
