The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Keeping with our fruit theme, here's more on the cargo ship being help off the coast of NJ:

COAST GUARD DETAINS CONTAINER SHIP NEAR PORT NEWARK

(New Jersey-WABC, August 6, 2004) — The coast guard detained a container ship about ten miles out from Port Newark this morning.

The ship's cargo of fruit reportedly gave off unusual readings for hazardous materials.

Officials suspect the fruit may be contaminated.

The ship will be brought into port later today. HAZMAT teams will be on the dock to unload the cargo.

From FOX tv report just now: Worshippers at Albany mosque insist their leaders are innocent.

The imam Yassin Aref's name was found in terror training camp in Iraq, last summer.

Also his code name was found, the "Commander".

Those at the mosque still refuse to believe he's involved, despite this evidence.

Raids on homes and mosque were result of year-long investigation.

Final trigger was the other man Hossain's journey to NYC to buy plane ticket last week. He says it was for his m-i-l. They were arrested after this ticket was bought.
