The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

It can happen in a severe case. People get all range of severity, depending on their immune status, general health, etc. Older people with several degenerative diseases (arthritis, CHF, etc) and the very young (who dehydrate quickly) would tend to get the worse cases. Just my opinion.

What does the "woman" have under her jacket? (see second picture)
She avoids the camera absolutely, and there is some mass
object from her right shoulder linearly directed medially and caudally.
It has enough radius linearly that it directs OUT from "her" body. What could that linear object be? Surface to air rocket? Weapon?

A childhood friend indeed is sitting in an Indiana prison for the rest of his natural life having been convicted for murder with no body. I was stunned then, but it is a good % of many cases
