Quickly....Kerry ripped off an idea for a cookie company and got caught. Kerry's business closed,...don't know about the original.

Seems that he ripped off another guy's ideas.
Kerry talked w/a cookie store owner, the opened a cookie store just like the owner's he had talked with (more imitation instead of originality). Kerry's cookie store went BUST.
He opened a cookie shop, after copying another franchise. He was sued, and shut it down.
