Baltimore closed Firehouses that were too small for modern engines, and in areas of the city where the houses are gone. The Mayor of Baltimore is Chairman of the Mayor's Committee (or some thing) for Homeland Security. So he turned the closing of firehouses into a negative, even though he did it!
Typical 'ratic reasoning. They never take responsibility for anything. It is all GWBs fault!
By the way. The disputed event you mentioned didn't happen during the '00 campaign. It was much later.
Just wanted to dispel that possible misunderstanding someone reading might have. I hate it when people are misrepresented.
Alan has received personal thanks many times from this WH for his defense of the President; in the area of foreign policy, security and defense particularly.
Agreed.
Although, Brit Hume and John Gibson are gods! But, too much Michael Jackson, Scott Peterson, Kobe hits on little blonde whitey, O.J., and the other 496,009,880,093 scandals. A waste!
If FoxNews had any worth or decency they would be putting forth the 'Swift Boat Vets' story much more than they are or have. They're ball-less wonders!
Yeah, 'ratics traditionally do not pick up their own trash, so this confirms what they really think about the flag that they want to "take back" from us. Sheesh! We always wanted them to love the flag. They just don't!
Kerry blew so hard it blew the Hampster up.
I always liked Carl....I hope he hasn't gone over to the dark side....
It was leaked by a judge to a local FOX infobabe, and like a miracle, all of a sudden the media all focused on her report. She was used by 'rat operatives, but it was very seamlessly done.
And by most accounts, Carl Cameron is not the kind of reporter who ought to be in the business of defending himself. Typically, hes the guy Fox shoves out when they need to produce a good old-fashioned, non-ideological journalist. Just call John Kerrys people, insisted Foxs publicity team. They love Carl. And indeed, John Kerrys spokeswoman said Mr. Cameron had been quite fair to them.
Any questions?
I can envision Brit Hume having a one-on-one discussion at the beginning of his show w/a representative from the Veterans Against Kerry........AFTER the Olympics and closer to the Rep. Convention time.
That's fine... I don't have a feeling about it one way or the other... If Pres Bush and Laura feel its fine to have the girls speak then great... if not, I support that decision too...
Dean is up on CNN saying the terror threat is not fabricated, but that it is, nevertheless, Bush playing politics.
I'm just very frustrated! I know FoxNews is the best of them all. I'm just getting old, and I want more truth!!!!!!
The country is near collapse with the liberal/commie/socialists taking over the schools, the judgeships, etc., and I feel a severe sense of urgency.
I just wish FoxNews would do better......... much better!
I just don't agree with the argument that it was leaked! It should have been a public record from the get go! Bush would have served himself and the public better having admitted it the number of years ago that it was...
correction: They're nuts!
1 tour 2 assignments
Yes they do, and I like both of them. I just rather them be seen, interviewed, supportive but not featured as a guest speaker.
I had forgotten about Laura. She would certainly make a fine speaker.
