This is the same class warfare/wealth redistribution rhetoric we've been hearing for the past 40 years. Rush Limbaugh's interpretation of these peoples' motives is ringing in my ears - "How do we fool them today?"
It also didn't build to anything. The end was a letdown. He marched through it like a misguided general. He didn't stop for applause. His chin was sweating like a pig. And it was too long.
