I'd like to humbly ask you to pray for me and especially my sister who will be giving me one of her kidneys tomorrow, god bless her and her family. While this is a fairly routine procedure, it sure doesn't seem that way as the day draws near. I just pray that she makes a swift recovery and has no complications.

What a wonderful sister! I know 2 sisters who were in the same situation about 20 yrs ago and it was a great success. I will tell you that the healthy sister had a harder time recovering because she was healthy while the recipient was up and raring to go very quickly. They're both still fine and the recipient was even able to have a child afterwards.
Prayers are on the way.

Thank you all for your prayers. They worked! My sister and I are back home and on the road to recovery. The surgery was Wednesday morning. She came home Friday and I came home yesterday (Saturday).
