The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

True, but if they only had 't-90 minutes' I have to wonder how far out they could have gotten it. I guess it depends no what type of vehicle would be used (boat/helicopter/plane).

During that 90 minute window, someone would also have to run a check for ships/boats in potential drop zones to make sure there are n casualties or witnesses. I'm skeptical.

Definately, sounds 'fishy' to me as well. I am interested in hearing a take on the seismic readings. I have only a cursory knowledge of geology (mostly from my years in Southern California).

I've been watching that story evolve for days. Doesn't seem to be any real conlusive evidence that it's true. I didn't post it here cause I thought it had already been discussed. What do I know. Anyway, I've tried finding any little tidbit of info out there also and can't find anything.

Well, I'm skeptical, too, but....

Imagine for a moment that the speculation/sketchy reports are true. What would be the alternative to deep sixing da bomb?

Casualties? The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

Witnesses? "Now just lie back and tell us once again, exactly what you THOUGHT you saw......."

Residents Raise Stink Over Smell
Black Water Washes Up At Conimicut

WARWICK, R.I. -- Residents in parts of Warwick are not enjoying their water views these days.

Black, oily water is covering the rocks at Conimicut Point. Some residents saved samples.

Homeowners blame the dredging of the shipping channel in the Providence River and upper Narragansett Bay for the smell. But the state Department of Environmental of Management disagrees, saying the look and odor come from decaying seaweed.

Homeowners said it smells bad and it's having an impact on property values and quality of life. "It's wicked. The stench is unbelievable. We cannot keep our windows open. Even with the windows closed, the smell is coming through," Conimicut homeowner Len Belisle told News Channel 10.

Belisle said some neighbors plan to take their own water samples to a lab for testing.

Residents of Conimicut Point claim the state won't help.

I read your article about the JIhadis beheading a family.

It said a 65-year-old man and his son and daughter were beheaded and his wife severely wounded in an overnight raid on a village in India's Jammu-Kashmir state by suspected Islamic militants, police said Monday.

Since 1989, more than 65,000 people, mostly civilians, have been killed, by muslims.

"WASHINGTON - Security experts all believe al-Qaeda is determined to launch an attack on the United States and if it can will try to use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, the chairman of the September 11 commission said on Friday.

Every single one of them expects an attack," Thomas Kean told reporters, referring to experts who had spoken to his bipartisan commission."

We are in good company then...

Texasbluebell created that based on the Red Cross list. Do you still have that list? That has precise locations.

Witnesses? "Now just lie back and tell us once again, exactly what you THOUGHT you saw......."

How true. Just like the hundreds of witnesses who saw a missile take out TWA Flight 800.

If someone can pinpoint the origin of the seismec activity that was allegedly recorded on 07.15.04, then we can go to the next level and ask whether we had the logistical ability to transport the "nuke" from Boston to the drop zone within the 90 minute window.

That explains the unprecedented security on Boston. We've had other events which warranted tight security as well but not to the extent they've gone to for the Convention. It sure brings home the fact that we're at war.

Thanks knak. I did not see it posted, so I threw it on the board. That link is quite useful as well. The intro is like a mini suspense novel! lol. I guess these guys can go into writing fiction if all else fails.
