Vegas odds-makers and European ones still have Dubya out front. Currently a 5/6 proposition for Bush vs. a 1/1 for Ketchup. In England, it's closer at a 18/19 vs. 1/1 but Dubya is still ahead. Watch for the odds to really start to adjust after the Republican Convention. Bookmakers will play it cautiously until then, because unlike the polls that are all over the place, these bets equal their profits or loss.
Of course. DU keeps sending them over here. Then again, there are two so called "old timers" that are far worse.
Oh yeah? We had Congress with Clinton, and they still managed to squander our technology secrets on the Chinese, leave us vulnerable for 9/11, steal the White House furniture, and harm the social fabric of the country irreparably. We MUST re-elect Bush and we must harvest every possible vote.
We have to be optimistic and think for the best. At this point in time, its too early to quit on the basis of current market trading. The only way this sentiment will become engraved in stone is if we start thinking as the Democrats hope we do. Its human nature to look at bad news as it is and not see the bigger picture. We've got to look at the big picture folks and this on the eve of the Democratic Convention.
Some of us are suspicious of people who do that. Don't expect a warm greeting here, or from your fellow Texans.
If you think that the site is a "joke" feel free to buy a Bush re-election contract and rake in a cool 100+% profit. Then you'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
Excellent... Time to bet Bush
Looks like we have some more trolls over here.
It would say something about this President's failure to make a case for a second term than it does about American voters. This country will never be completely like Canada or Europe and I'm not going to write it off.
Looks like we have some more trolls over here.
Talkin' down the election of Bush seems to have brought you to FR. Don't expect a warm welcome for this suspicious circumstance.
How weak! You gonna go down without a fight? Get off your a$$ and get out there and fight to reelect our president and perserve our way of life
I sure will. To the bitter end
You think that's bad you should see this.
