Potential terrorists released due to lack of jail space, congressman says
Copy of part of my post #913: Today they release them because of overcrowding or attorneys and judges give them a "get out of jail free card."

Classified docs say that AQ had operatives in cargo holds, baggage handling, reservationists, food service and had infiltrated the entire aviation system here in the U.S. the 98 PDB outlined all of this. Explosive stuff.

But you are too busy supporting people in other forums than to support the people in ours. I must say that this is not only laughable, being I spend ALL my time here but I just logged onto ATS 2 days ago when someone here posted a link to pursue, why does that inflame you so or is it just the kind of day you are having at every board you are visitng?
Your right we won't communicate, this and my pm are my last

ISO is an international standard. For instance have you ever heard of ISO 9000 which is some kind of business standard?
There are also ISO's that deal with file formats and the likes. Things like what characters can be in a file name and how long can the file name be. How many subdirectys can there be?
UL is an electrical standard...but not an international one.

Sorry, I meant Sound....it is a compilation of past speeches by OBL post 9-11
Just to clarify, there are a lot of videos being released with Osama in them. This started about a week and a half ago.
I am having computer problems and my hard drive is about full, so I cannot open zip and rar files. That is the reason that I sent SP the video for 'translation'...I did not know at the time that it had subtitles!
Hopefully this will be resolves this weekend.

Things have been tough out here lately. The rain out here has been non-stop. We lost at least 6 dams in the past 2 weeks.

In answer to your question, yes, I do believe that it is possible for a nuclear detonation strategically placed in the Atlantic could cause a massive tsunami, which could cause major devastation to the East Coast.
I will provide you some links in few days when my hard drive is in better shape. I have a lot of information about this...scientific and investigative.

Head of Iraq Construction Group Seized in Baghdad (today)
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Gunmen kidnapped the head of an Iraqi state-owned construction company on Saturday as he drove from his home in a southern Baghdad suburb to work, an Interior Ministry spokesman said.
Raad Adnan Mahmoud, director of the al-Mansour Contracting Company, was seized after the gunmen blocked his car in a busy street in the Zaieuna neighborhood in the southeast of the capital, Ministry spokesman Colonel Adnan Abdel Rahman said.
Al-Mansour, one of Iraq's largest construction companies, has carried out several reconstruction projects for Iraq's ministries, including a housing complex in Baghdad and military barracks for the new Iraqi army.
As well as running al-Mansour, Mahmoud is also a senior official in Iraq's Housing and Construction Ministry.
Several senior Iraqi government officials have killed in recent weeks, including a director-general in the Defense Ministry and a senior manager in the Industry Ministry.
The assassinations appear an attempt to disrupt Iraq's reconstruction and unsettle the interim Iraqi government, which regained sovereignty from U.S. authorities late last month.

Manhole blasts rock city block
www.nydailynews.com/news/...5403c.html
BY TONY SCLAFANI
DAILY NEWS POLICE BUREAU
Two manholes exploded on a midtown street last night, injuring a woman, shattering a sidewalk and prompting the evacuation of four brownstones, authorities said.
The first cover blew at 6:55 p.m., fire officials said.
The explosion on W. 47th St. between Ninth and 10th Aves. in Clinton ignited underground electrical cables, sending carbon monoxide seeping into nearby buildings, the Fire Department said. The colorless, odorless gas was detected at lethal levels, officials said.
As firefighters evacuated 95 residents, a second manhole on the block exploded, injuring a woman standing on the sidewalk with a male companion and sending chunks of concrete flying.
A 30-year-old actor who lives on the block headed outside after the first blast.
"I heard an explosion and I turned around and I saw her in the air," said the actor, who declined to be identified. "I saw blue flames coming from the sidewalk. The man grabbed her and just pulled her aside. I've never seen anything like it except in the movies."
The woman, who lives on the block, was in stable condition at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Manhattan with a possible broken arm, fire officials said.
Among the buildings evacuated was the Fountain House, a five-story brownstone where 19 senior citizens live.
Employee Edith Shuttleworth, 46, said, "Some of them were in shock. ... It was like an explosion, like a bomb went off."
The seniors were taken to another facility down the street.
Block residents were allowed to return to their homes beginning at 10:30 p.m. Con Edison officials at the scene declined to comment on the incident. "It was scary for everybody," Shuttleworth said. "We're lucky. God is blessing us."
