And there was an Al Qaeda cell caught in Rome that had tunnel maps to the US Embassy (and IIRC, they had partially broken through the wall to the basement of the US Embassy)... the tunnels are where the water supply lines are, and they were planning to poison the water at the US Embassy.
(And no, I have no idea when this story broke, nor do I have a link... but someone will know where/how to find it... Google is our friend? Or Cindy might have it stored.)
