Congressman: Al Qaeda entering southern border and changing names to Mexican surnames
KFI 640 Radio Los Angeles | 7.16.04 | Joe Hadenuf

Posted on 07/16/2004 5:34:53 PM PDT by Joe Hadenuf

Congressman John Culverson just stated he has just received informantion from Southern District U.S. Attorney Michael Shelby (Texas)that Al Quida members have been entering from our southern border and have been entering through Texas and blending into towns....He stated this was classified and he given the OK to release this information.

The congressman may be a former congress memeber, I didn't hear his complete title. He is on KFI Los Angeles now.

remain dubious. They change their names to Hispanic ones, and "blend" in by pretending to be MEXICANS???? Seems to me their cover would be blown in minutes.

Absolutly in Mexico, but learn a few spanish phrases and run the border and you are here. Make a call and have your arab team members pick you up. You are no different than any other illegal, except that you have a better organization. If you are caught, with your mexican id you are fingerprinted to make sure they know you if you are caught again, and returned to mexico. I doubt the border patrol would expose the cover, unless the fingerprint was on file from other terror activities. (OK Hammad, if you are caught say only, "No hablo ingles")

Watching a baseball game here, I think I found some.

If al Qaeda wants to use our National Pastime to try to funnel people in, I hope they'll get what's coming to them!

When our guys see fellows who look middle-eastern with names like Hernandez and Martinez, and they can't hit a bull in the ass with a banjo, they should be sticking every other pitch in their ear!

They did not serve "red or green." They only serve red salsa and some ranch type dip which I don't like, but hubby does. I think there is a "green sauce" for certain dishes, but it's not very good.

As for pork, we've never ordered any pork dish at any of the Mexican restaurants in this town. I'll have to check that out. Of course, the restaurant we frequent is full of authentic illegal Mexicans. haha

And your problem with that would be...?

Personally I think an iron curtain on our southern border is a great idea. Further, I think it should be constructed using the labor of those caught sneaking across said border. If being caught while wetbacking no longer meant a box lunch and a bus ride back to the border to try again the next night, but instead meant a six month sentence at hard labor building "The Great Wall of Texas" perhaps the criminal aliens would rethink their plans.

Agreed, but the border with Al Qanada is porous as well. Look at how many jihadists have entered the US through Canuckistan.

It's not a laughing matter. There are at least two million Spanish speaking Arabs in Latin America.

A major problem being overlooked by President Bush and Senator McCain, is the large influx of southwest Pacific Rim Muslim insurgents into the United States.

These people look like they are from "south of the border," but they are not.

They are Muslim and mostly of Chinese and southeast Asian descent.

When you look at them, you will believe they are "Latino" or "Hispanic," but they are not.

They are Muslims.

They DO NOT speak Arabic.

They mostly speak Chinese.

They know enough Spanish to fake their being "Latino" or "Hispanic."

it would be very easy for someone of middle Eastern descent to blend in

It's proven scientific fact that different races have trouble identifying people of other races accurately.(That's not PC, but the truth.) The other thing is, Muslims have not just been thinking of taking over the world for the last ten to twenty years -- this is a 1400 year goal. Our Trojan Horse is here in America and will continue to grow.

That ME accent, no matter how hard they tried to hide it, would be a dead giveaway.

Johnny "Walker" Lind and Jose Padilla were American citizens born in USA with no ME accents. I feel confident that they are not the only ones. Just listen to the Muslims that speak for CAIR and other Islamic organizations -- the charities, etc. They SOUND 100% American to me.

Think of the thousands and thousands of blank passports/ID's that have been stolen over the years. They've never been found. And, as someone said what about the drivers licences, etc that are forged? There was a ring in Tennessee, New Jersey and at Arizona State

I *was* classified until they recently released it, and gave him the nod to go public.....

Between the time when something is "classified" and when something is "released" it has to be declassified. Why, no mention of declassification?

Here is the thread from yesterday and look who is conspicuously missing on it(Joe), when you would expect him to be drawn to it like a moth.

Amazing that there were only sixty-something replies on that thread, too.

Southern California Congressman Joe Baca's office accuses, theatens Border patrol agents

Thanks for the link. It seems odd that at least three Freepers don't have an affinity for such information.

It's been suggested here that the Texas Congressman was lying this afternoon. Since you seem to have knowledge of him, is he credible?

He's very credible. I've known him for years, long before he ran for Congress, and he's one of those rare politicians who tells the truth as he understands it without spinning it. He's honest about his goals and what he's trying to accomplish.

He's no wild-eyed firebrand on the fringe of the party. He's solid, and a rising star in the GOP.

Amazing that there were only sixty-something replies on that thread, too.

What's *really* amazing is that 'Dane' only made TWO short replies to this thread, considering he litters up numerous threads demanding posters reply to *his* topic of "Baca on the John & Ken" show.

It seems odd that at least three Freepers don't have an affinity for such information.

I did not post to that thread, because I did not even get a 'ping' to it (& must of missed it).

Is this another new rule ?? Posters have to reply to *all* threads ????

Uh txdoda, that is Joe Hadenuf's job. It seems that he has taken the responsibility on himself to post the official "John and Ken" threads on FR.

Huh wonder why Joe Hadenuf conspicuously missed posting on Thursday nights John and Ken show.

My contention, is that Joe does not want any mention of Joe Baca(D-Ca) and his policies on FR and directs his animus towards the Bush administration, and you txdoda, lick it up like a kitty does a saucerful of milk, IMO.

a determined team of jihadis could get across that border even with better security, unless it looked like the Berlin Wall all the way across.

I don't see a problem with that.

Quite frankly I'm a little suprised that it took so long for the dirty night shirt crowd to figure this one out. Our border is so porous anyone can walk right in at anytime they want. I would not be suprised if Fidel is not helping them get into Mexico (through Cuba or central American). And from that point on it is a walk in the park.

I'll second that, as long as the wall extends to Arizona and California too.

Once the election is over, I'd expect Bush to do more overt stuff to seal that border. The country can't afford another 9/11

Problem is, there is probably a good chance, according to intel, that they will hit during the conventions. Again, if it's determined/discovered that some of these infiltrators crossed from Mexico with little effort, there will be hell to pay, and the current administration would probably implode.....
