It's proven scientific fact that different races have trouble identifying people of other races accurately.(That's not PC, but the truth.) The other thing is, Muslims have not just been thinking of taking over the world for the last ten to twenty years -- this is a 1400 year goal. That ME accent, no matter how hard they tried to hide it, would be a dead giveaway.
Johnny "Walker" Lind and Jose Padilla were American citizens born in USA with no ME accents. I feel confident that they are not the only ones. Just listen to the Muslims that speak for CAIR and other Islamic organizations -- the charities, etc. They SOUND 100% American to me.
