Well that's a bad choice for America. The guy has *no* experience. He's still in his first Senate term. They're both from the Senate, in fact. It's as East Coast as you can get short of picking Hillary.
A trial lawyer on the Dem ticket? For crying out loud. They really do want to lose this thing, don't they?
It is just me or is this the biggest anti-climax in presidential politics in memory? Zzzz.

Edwards negatives to discuss: 1) Trial lawyer, do you really think he's going to favor tort reform? 2) Sent his wife to a fat farm before the presidential campaign. 3) Probably would not have won re-election to the senate in North Caroloina

Not much of a surprise to me. The trial lawyers (huge Democrat contributors) must have had had a sit down with John Kerry. The blow dried beltway boys.
So you have two lawyers at the top of the Democrat ticket and two businessmen (non-lawyers) top of the Republican ticket. Then you have Nader who's a lawyer. God save this Republic from these self righteous bottom feeders.
Edwards job can be to coordinate post election legal challenges to GWBush's victory
