BAGHDAD, Iraq An Arab satellite TV network broadcast a videotape Sunday showing a blindfolded man in military fatigues and said he was a U.S. Marine taken hostage in Iraq.
There was no immediate comment from the U.S. military, but the video showed a card identifying the man by a Pakistani name and as an "active duty" Marine. The man had a trimmed moustache and his eyes were covered with a white blindfold.
The Al-Jazeera network said the group claimed it infiltrated a Marine outpost, lured the man outside and abducted him. The station said the group demanded the release of all Iraqis "in occupation jails" or the man would be killed.
The group identified itself as "Islamic Response," the security wing of the "1920 Revolution Brigades" referring to the uprising against the British after World War I.

The Faluja people should be glad I don't have control of their fait. Their town would be a parking lot by now. It should have been from the begining.
fait accompli, if I were there...
I have a plan to capture the guys that are beheading all those hostages. Don't know why the Pentagon hasn't done so already. Implant a tracking chip underneat the skin of all troops, contractors, etc.,Some parents do this to their young children... Do you think the Pentagon has even thought of doing this like Yesterday??? I don't know who to contact with this idea. If anybody out there does know, do so NOW!!!
WWII . Amin Al Husseini spent most of the war in Berlin. He was on Hitler's payroll as he lead the Hanzar Division of Muslim SS and played a lead-role in determining the fate of Europe's Jewish community.. From Berlin, Amin Al Husseini helped organize the transfer of Nazi officers into the Middle East
Amin Al Husseini inspecting his Nazi troops, the Hanzar. Here, he is showing a young Muslim recruit how to use his rifle. Amin Al Husseini himself had been an officer in the defeated Ottoman Islamic Empire of World War I.
Amin Al Husseini seen inspecting his Hanzar Division made up exclusively of Muslims, mostly from the Crotia/Bosnia/Serbia region. They actively lead the genocide against Serbs, Serbian Jews and Gypsies.
Amin Al Husseini meets with Adolf Hitler in November 1942, weeks before the decision to implement the Final Solution which sent Europe's Jews to the gas chamber. The Third Reich provided Amin Al Husseini with a salary and appointed him Head of the Hanzar SS Division. The Hanzar Division was made of Nazi Muslims and implemented the genocide of 250,000 Serbs, Gypsies and Jews during WWII.
Amin Al Husseini shown here on a Nazi poster recruiting fellow Muslims to join Hitler in the fight against the West and the Jews. His disciples today include Yasser Arafat, Saddam Hussein and the leaders of Hamas, Al Qeida and Islamic Jihad.
Amin Al Husseini, future President of the World Islamic Congress (1961) and founding father of the Arab League (1944) inspects his Muslim Nazi troops, the Hanzar Division. Amin Al Husseini making the traditional nazi salute.
Yasser Arafat became a disciple of Amin Al Husseini since the age of 17. Here: recent picture of Palestinian soldiers under the leadership of Arafat making the traditional Nazi salute.
That's NOT a bad idea.
I suggested the same thing as soon as I heard about the first hostage being taken. It is the only hope to have a chance to rescue them alive.
I don't think "beheading" is the correct word there. I think the words are "sawing off their heads."
The libs will say it's Bush's fault and when terrorism continues IF a dem becomes president they will still say it's Bush's fault,he will get retroactive blame.
But Clinton gets no retroactive blame,he as innocent as a new born babe and had nothing to do with the failure of intelligence prior to 9-11.
I don't want to blame any US president, the fault is radical Islam----period!
Why can't Michael Moore and his ilk use their considerable skills and resources to go after our real enemy instead of doing their best to divide this country(and they are succeeding)?
hand all the prisoners the terrorists want to the Kurds and let them slay them in the "accustomed" way, on video with audio turned up LOUD. Then see how many more they take.
they are distracting the administration from what they should be focusing on - IMHO, they are treasonous.
if Kerry wins, stories like this won't make the news. Hey, just a couple weeks ago, some lunatic in NJ beheaded his mother in law and a friend I believe. It wasn't a big story, and if Kerry is president, neither will these occasional beheadings in iraq. How many people are murdered acroos our own country every day? 100+?
If Kerry wins, all you will hear about are schools being rebuild, children being innoculated, picture of UN peacekeeps directing traffic, etc.
What is the name of the WWII movie with Cagney where he gets to the Nazis but they capture him, torture him bad and are guys find his location in France and zero in on the whole place and take it out!!!
"The question is "how they got him?" Something is very wrong with this scenario."
I agree...security must be lax if they caqn go in a compound and snatch a Marine.
Don't expect the Marines to take videos or snapshots of their vengeance à la Abu Ghraib, either.
Allah had better stock up on a few thousand more virgins...
Infinite Grace and Mercy,.......In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!!!
(Romans 10:17)
Excellent idea! I'm sure the liberals would oppose it saying violation of privacy or some nonsens - because they don't want us to win the war and lose the election.
Another freeper who specialized in monitoring car traffic suggested putting in these very sensitive sensors in hot spots - and that way they could determine foot and car traffic in and out of areas - ultimately determining the safe houses.
Will they treat the Marine in accordance with the Geneva convention? I suspect not.
Will the press say a single word critical of mo-slimes? Again, I suspect not.
Google 'implanted tracking chip'--see what you come up with. Very interesting.
