On October 5, 2004, Senator Zell Miller had a bunch of choice words for the press, generally on the subject of the press' misrepresentation of John Kerry's voting record regarding defense spending, and particularly on the press' assertions that Kerry's and Cheny's defense voting records were similar.

Senator Miller did a wonderful job, and he names names. If you didn't see him, take the time to check out what he had to say. The time to download and read the Congressional Record is worth it.

Some Rush threads from today. From what I heard he basically said the legal process will continue. This case has ramifications for everybody's medical records being kept secret not just Ma ha Rushdee. Could this go right up to the Supreme court?
