She's had nose, chin, forehead, under and over eye work. All of that is very expensive. Basically, they've reshaped her face. The bags under her eyes are gone, the heavy lids are gone, the bulbous nose is gone, and etc. Wow!

Mom and Dad really sprung some bucks on her re-do. I guess they finally did some good with those book advances. The poor kid has finally joined the world of nice looking people.

Now if we could only get rid of Mom and Dad.

I couldn't do it. My speech would be "Here's his picture. Thank you and good bye."

You and me both. I wouldn't have them in the White House for more than 5 mintues and would give instructions to the White House staff to watch everything while they were there. Trailor trash are always looking for something to take home.

You caught it. Very, verrrrrry carefully worded introduction to the former occupants, wasn't it?

This President not only has class but he knows how to be cagey with class. Now that's a real art.

I noticed the Clinton's managed to stay awake for this event, but then, it was about them!!!

Had to laugh when Hillary's was revealed and she is wearing ole crusty! All of the other first ladies are dressed up, but not Rodham! She is as Butch in the portrait as she is in real life!

My guess is that Chelsea will be WORSE than her parents.

Perhaps we should start a prayer thread for her. After all, it would be the nice thing to do...

I think Bubba is having fun, but her Thighness knows they will look like s#!% the next time they bash GWB.

I heard this theory a lot today, but The Clinton's won't give a darn, they will bash away with no problem.

OMG...Chelsea looks beautiful. (I can't believe I'm saying this........)

My cousin is a top make-up artist to film and TV shoots here in NYC (all Mirimax and Law and Order, etc). She has done Chelsea and told me she takes over 2 HOURS to do and is NASTY with nothing on. You can see from these photos how it is CAKED on. Ooooof!

George W Bush is going straight to heaven. He is truly a magnanimous human being. Bless his heart.

Pity that the famous Bush Family magnanimity leads to their defeat at the polls.

Bush SCREWED UP big time by allowing the Clintonians to schedule this unveiling at the start of his book tour (which Clinton will use to bash the GOP and help Kerry). He could have easily stonewalled them and scheduled it after the election ("Too busy").

This is the same crap H.W. Bush pulled by going ahead with the award for Ted Kennedy after he called his son A LIAR! This is not mangnanimity...it is political STUPIDITY.

Compassionate? Graciousness? Tradition? Can one not do all these things without lying also? Do any of these posters think President Bush actually believed all the things he said about Clinton? Maybe he does. Scary thought.

Regarding a prayer thread for Chelsea ... if warranted, she would come under my one, consistent prayer for the Clintons ...

That the Lord would render the Clintons, and ALL their minions, totally powerless and useless and nameless and faceless and voiceless and homeless and penniless, such is their evil ... and that He would strip them bare before the world, leaving only their immortal souls, and it is for these souls I pray ...

I'll bet they both tied one on last week. The spontaneous outpouring of love towards RR, must have killed them ;-)

Lol, just damn! I was thinking of praying that she receive divine guidance in her life, and walk away from the political arena. You know, happiness and personal fufillment...

I'm kind of with you, fellow NYer.

Wasn't Clinton the one who had supposedly soiled the Presidency to such a degree, that VP Cheney et al needed to be elected, so dignity could be restored to it? In light of that, this could be viewed as a hurl fest. I suppose he had no choice really, but it's still galling to witness.

Unfortunately, if you watch politics, and even the politicians you like close enough, you'll never vote again. As Churchill said, Democracy is the lowest, filthiest form of government, but it's the best we've got.

I think I'll go take some Brioschi now, and start meditating on the relative goodness of our own b-cup bill.
