The joke was about Clinton being an optomist. Bush said something to the effect that one of the best examples was that he seved 6 months as McGovern's campaign chairman in Texas. Clinton bent over at the waist and could hardly control himself.
To be fair, the Nixon daughters weren't there, none of the Ford children showed up, nor did the Carter offspring. My take on Caroline Kennedy's presence was that she was representing her family, being the only one left.
The gal still hasn't grown into her teeth.
Just arrived and perhaps someone made this same observation, but I think they've started grooming Chelsea for the elective office trail.
The Clintons see the world through the prism of politics no other light shines in. Remember, Hillary said Chelsea was supposedly worried about Bush tax cuts while people were dying on 9/11? That was the beginning of giving Chelsea a political hate base.
The Kennedy family has the fictional Camelot as the Liberal Democrat Party legacy. The Bush family dynasty is one built on dignity and one in which Republicans may be rightfully proud. The need to equal the Bush family dynasty is a real challenge for the Dems.

Yeah, imagine that...someone who claims that his most important "philosopher" (the interviewer's words, not W's) is Jesus Christ, actually attempts to pattern his life and his faith after him...loving his enemies, praying for those who persecute him, not repaying evil for evil or insult for insult...trust me, the Democrats know that he is a man of faith...that's part of the reason that they HATE him.
It's also why many of the people in the USA love W. Why else is the Anti-American Criminal Liberals Union trying to get rid of Christianity?

Oh--thanks. I heard the McGovern crack, then was so taken aback at the over-the-top reaction from clinton that I forgot what had just been said that elicited his outburst.
And of course, Hillary!'s portrait is in the black crusty pantsuit.....
That glowing part is just the decorative condom.
There aren't too many people from his former administration who will associate with him
