Plans are in the final stages for a top secret anti-terrorism exercise in the North East. Few details have been released about Exercise Black Rain which starts on Friday and runs over the weekend.
It's the secret exercise they didn't want you to find out about. Exercise Black Rain is one of the biggest operation's of its kind, involving around two thousand people.
