Alot of dignataries are now showing up to pay respects. McCain, Guiliani, Gorby, Karzai, etc.
Cspan has live coverage. Bush expected at 7 but could be earlier? He is then going to visit with Mrs. Reagan.
Guard changes about every half hour at .28 and .58 of the hour. One is going on right now.
What a wonderful set of images! Thanks for posting them!
Remember who SeeBS is ... Viacom, purveyor of the Reagan hit piece. Granted they didn't put it on their free network but they sure played the heck out of it on Showtime.
God called Ray home to play for the Great Man, who had just arrived.
Perfect.
I betting you're right.
"When the Saints Come Marching In"
and "America the Beautiful"
I can hear it now.
Wow!
That was me...thank you so much for the pics. Just LOOK at those lines!
What I find amazing, too, is the networks actually cutting in to show President Bush & Laura pay their respects.
I just wish we could go ourselves. I would be a blithering idiot anyway.
A fish out of water, or a Senator out of booze? :o)
In his case, what's the difference?
Bless you Chief.
I understand you perfectly,
and know this:
It takes a GOOD man to
recognize another GOOD man.
What class! What total class! They knew it was about Ronald, Nancy, and the people who came to pay respects, not about them. I didn't see any Secret Service (but I'm sure they were there) no clearing of the room, no delaying everyone else, I didn't see any cameras taking pictures. Class, that's all I can say!
They both looked so utterly sad! Laura's eyes were sooo red, like she'd been crying, and Pres. Bush looked devastated, too. How will he make it thru tomorrow?
Heard somewhere, Rush I think, that he didn't know the details but heard Pres. Bush's eulogy will be a major tissue alert.
Great pics...thank you!
Outstanding!
How would anyone notice?
Bad zlala bad...
Red
Your composite (or collage)
is a keeper.
Thanks.
Heck, this whole thread is a keeper.
It's bookmarked.
Thanks Mo1
Someone posted this morning about them...I THINK, and don't quote me, they're saying the numbers are exaggerated.
Ha!
Did you hear Charles Krauthammer say Jacques Chirac has gone back to France, will NOT be attending the funeral tomorrow?! He's not even sending an emissary from France.
What a stinky little country. I'll be dancing the day the Iraq economy exceeds that of France.
