Try as they might, the pinko press can't shake him up. He's putting them in their place and reminding them we are at war and will not surrender to the terrorist, much to their disappointment.

He is tripping over his words, as he usually does when his brain is going faster than his tongue can get em out, but his attitude is assertive and he is not at all defensive.
He is kinda treating the snooty pressies the way he did Gore in the debate, when Gore tried to get in his space. I like it!

Who was the reporter that W. called on and then immediately said: 'What are you doing here? Arent' you supposed to be in Washington?' BWHahAHAhAHAhA!!!
To: Mo1
The Gregory smackdown was a moment to treasure. If only he could've done the same for John King (or whomever is covering this for CNN) and ABC's Terry Moran.

I wish he wouldn't laugh at his own jokes. A minor thing, I know. He is very confident today.

Too bad GWB didn't give this level/flare of press conference at the evening broadcast one a couple of months ago.

Yes, the President is doing very well. He appears, to me, to be tired; he has been working very hard at the summit conference and has been under great stress. He has also been very successful. He should not be subjected to interrogation by hostile "reporters" seeking to trip him up and distort his words. Most of the "reporters" are predictably obnoxious, their attitudes odious. These the President dispatches expertly--as he should.

You gotta love that "tell it like it is" style.

Yep. I wanted to slap a couple of the press, and GWB did verbally.
Lets see more of this.
To: TravisBickle
What an epiphany that could be! IF he would see what we already know he could be. Hang the press, full speed ahead, W.!
To: Mo1
Thanks for the ping and the update. How I wish I was watching this, but alas, I'm stuck in this cubicle for another 20 minutes.
