One of the good things about getting older is that you don't get intimidated by people anymore, like doctors and bosses - it's great!

LOL! I'm older than my bosses and they are doctors.

"Shep Smith is a raging loser. He really stinks."

Well, of course he is! He's an Ole Miss fan, after all. :)

Oh, they have gotten rancid. The bench sucks. The A-grade talent (except Smith and O'Reilly) are aces. Dari Alexander, Jane Skinner and Donna Fiducia suck big time. They should just go work for CNN.

the first overt sign of middle age plus, is when you now prefer to chose them younger than you, because you secretly expect, and hope, that they will outlive you, so you won't have to go through all the trouble of changing horses in midstream..

Well I don't know if I consciously choose them to be younger, it sorta just happens that way because most of the ones my age or older are retired or dead ;-)

Red, it actually looks like a giant double wide trailer on stilts..made of steel and glass. It is visible from the freeway and is perched on the bank of the Arkansas River facing "the Hood".

I swear...the New York Architect had a sense of humor and pulled a good one over on Clinton. It's poetic.

I love Cavuto. With all his physical problems, he is incredibly optimistic and upbeat. Now, about that big head ;-)

Shep plays devil's advocate sometimes. I think he likes being the one who tweaks the viewers.

Yes, but when your doctor, or lawyer, or CPA retires, and you can choose a replacement who's 55 or 40...all things being equal..I opt for the younger..

I'm amazed he's from Mississippi-- he sure ain't a Haley Barbour. I think Shep's problem is he's a bit of a weenie. He isn't a good old boy-- he probably sucked at sports and is just an all around no account sh*t. Why FNC employs him is a mystery of life.

Missed ya Ivan. I think Margaret Thatcher showing up for her friend's funeral is a great thing. God bless her. I hope she stays at The White House.

That is a sweet image of her. You can imagine she probably spent many hours during these last years with her head resting on his chest.

I've just started reading Cavuto's book, MORE THAN MONEY. It is captivating and "sounds" just like him and his essays.

Rush actually had a bit of a tribute to Maggie Thatcher today too. He relayed that several years ago he attended a lecture that Ms Thatcher gave where she drummed the point over and over that they should never let anybody tell them that it was anybody other than Ronald Reagan himself who brought about the destruction of the cold war without a shot fired.

Rush then relayed a press dinner full of elitist liberal publishers, producer and executives, he attented at some point (years?) later that Ms. Thatcher was also the keynote speaker at. During that speech she didn't talk about Reagon and when finished asked for questions. NO ONE stood to ask a question so Rush stood and remember the lecture he had attended before, and asked her who should have the credit for the fall of the Soviet Union.

Lady Thatcher went into full mode about that distinction belonging to RR. After she was finished answering there was nothing but stone faces in the room.

LOL, priceless from Limbaugh.

That picture makes me cry. When she put her cheek on the coffin, giving him a farewell hug, I lost it. It's an emotional day.

Neither of you know what you are talking about. Shep just delivered a beautiful commentary about Reagan. He has said NOTHING remotely derogatory about Reagan.
