Well I have a second and many millions more who saw it. Shep has no respect--he is to into his ego and he felt the need to play Devil's advocate. He is a loser. No more debate required.

A longtime dear friend. He's much beloved himself. Actually if memory serves, it was Merv's wife who came up with the idea for "Jeopardy." After the game shows were scandalized for giving out answers, she said what if the game made the player ask the question?

Maybe you should think about putting in a wheelchair ramp. :-)

Reagan was a class guy. I think we had other class guys too. I think the Clinton frat party and a Sweater wearing carter hiding under his desk were aberrations.

Exactly. And I don't care if he is gay. Period.

Well, as he said on the subject, so remarkably clear as everything else he deduced -- we don't know for certain that it is a life, or not. No one does. And in case it is, (not a direct quote at all) we should err on the side of caution, on something so serious as that.

I've seen him say things more recently than that, too. I was just really surprised.

Well, he lives in the liberal entertainment world. As we know, it's de rigeur for them to trash conservative values. You know, the "you'll never work in this town again" syndrome.

Hopefully he will now come to know what a giant he was fortunate enough to have had for a father, and that he will come to understand and appreciate the values of mainstream America and what makes our country great. It's not the hate-filled rhetoric of the left, it's the love of God, country and family that his father so personified.

In other news, France (remember how nice they were just yesterday) is trying to add a provision to the UN resolution so that the PRESENT interim government in Iraq has veto power over the United States military.

I haven't an answer, but I love the question. Mind if I tag it for today?

Boy, I hope my memory is right on this, but if I recall it was at a ceremony concerning the nomination of Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the Supreme Court. Brit asked a question on another subject, and Clinton got all weepy. It wasn't a full fledged bawl, but he did tear up. Inspectorette and faithincowboys, do you remember more specifics. I just mainly remember the weepy part.

I think Merv's wife's name was Jolene, or something close. I used to love his daytime show in the good old days when I was a stay at home Mom.

I cannot stand Chrissy's whiny voice. I very rarely waqtch MSNBC, but they have better coverage, and less talking, at least sometimes, with breaking news. FOX is too eager to get back to other stuff . . .
