This is gutwrenching. I am starting to cry here at work. Me too. Been crying all weekend. Probably will be crying all week.

Did anyone else hear the crowd sing "God Bless America"? That is such happy news. How long until "God" is taken out of that song?

So Michael Reagan was adopted? I didn't know that. Did Nancy and the Pres. Reagan each have children before they were married? They've had some hard family times, havne't they?

I feel the same way; it just keeps sneaking up on me......I feel like I should just go sit somewhere and sob....and get it all out at once.
But the visuals just keep coming.

Did anyone else hear the crowd sing "God Bless America"? I only heard it when I was on MSNBC--the other stations must have not had their microphones in the right place. NO! Thank you for telling us. It was on MSNBC that I heard the applause later as the motorcade left the funeral home. ABC radio news reporter said applause had broken out when Nancy arrived, but I had Fox on and hadn't heard it. I think you're right about the microphones NBC must have set up there.

Thank you, but I've been feeling totally at a loss for words since Saturday afternoon. I guess it's just pouring out from my heart.

Michael and Maureen were both adopted, I believe.

Usually FOX covers events most extensively, but sometimes they just don't know when to shut up!

The motorcade just went by my office on Wilshire Blvd minutes ago ...
lots of police cars. I also got caught this morning (5:30am) when the police cordoned off Wilshire for dozens of police to make the trip to the funeral home.
