"I hope you're feeling better." - At least I'm able to sit up and take nourishment now, as they say, but I suspect I'll crash after posting the Dose. ;-) Thanks for your well wishes!

I heard on FoxNews much earlier today that Chirac predicted in private the UN will embrace the new Iraq interim Government. I'll bet our President laid down some strong words to the French president today.

I haven't noted any photos of French Presidential kisses for the United States' First Lady this time 'round. =) Sir George to the rescue!

No matter how we feel about Chirac, these pictures with the two of them looking relaxed, with easy body language is going to be good for improving the President's image with the "we can't go it alone crowd."

This might help with some of the swing voters.

"I'll bet our President laid down some strong words to the French president today."

I hope he did. President Bush will not hide his thoughts and ideas. That is one of the many things I love in this man. Chirac has a sneaky grin. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

I think I'm going to sleep on the couch tonight with the TV on so I don't miss the ceremony tomorrow morning. I know it'll be repeated later in the afternoon, but I want to watch it live.
