Hollywood sources tell LA Weekly columnist Nikki Finke that former President Ronald Reagan's medical condition has suddenly worsened. "He really took a downslide today," the insider told Finke Friday evening. "Doctors are at the house. Things aren't good." At the start of the day, several news organizations chased down a rumor that the ex-president had died, but it wasn't true... Family members gathered at the Reagan's Bel Air home late Friday... Those people are insane. Can you believe some of them are actually SCHOOL TEACHERS?!
Yes.
Prayers for Ronald Reagan, maybe one of the greatest presidents ever, but certainly in my lifetime.
God Bless Ronald Reagan and welcome him into Your Loving Arms, Amen.
I think it is worth pointing out that while Ronald Reagan was leading the free world to victory in the cold war, the naysayers were saying the same stuff they are saying today. Even back then it was "loss of international diplomatic friends," france hates us, the world hates us and so on.
Kerry was in office during the Ronald Reagan years, I bet he said some choice insults to Ronald Reagan. He probably praised the USSR. He probably voted FOR the sandanistas and against the Afgan Rebels.
Save the threads and send them to James Taranto at the WSJ. He can publish them on Monday and show the DUers up for the haters they are.
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
Reagan was so much more than a breath of fresh air: The man was a blood transfusion for the Republic. Reagan showed us that America was still America, still a "Shining City on a Hill." Reagan made it possible to dream again that America's best years are still ahead of us. God Bless Ronald Reagan and his family.

Reagan shot back quickly: "No, it won't and I want to say categorically that I will not let the youth and inexperience of my opponent be an issue in this campaign."
The entire hall erupted in laughter. Walter Mondaly chuckled. The reporter was blown away. Ronald Reagan fought to hold back a smile. Finally, the television camera caught him sneaking out a grin as he reached for a glass of water.
He totally defused the issue of his age and assure his re-election right there. And he did it with grace and humor.
Prayers for the family.
Of Reagan, let it be said that when he passes, the nation shall be the poorer for it. Here was a man.
Be Seeing You,
Chris
Most are 13 year olds, welfare cheats or SS mental disability recipients. They are the largest collection of societal parasites I have ever encountered.
An ex-Marine friend summed up what I was feeling when I could not seem to put into words *why* I adored Pres. Reagan so.
He simply said "He made us all feel safe".
Since the last "administration", I've forgotten what that feels like.
Yes, the Quisling Left reminds me a lot of the "peace thru surrender" crowd of the mid '80's.
Bummer, but when you are in that bad of shape, the end is a good thing. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
I hope.
He deserves it.
