Hollywood sources tell LA Weekly columnist Nikki Finke that former President Ronald Reagan's medical condition has suddenly worsened. "He really took a downslide today," the insider told Finke Friday evening. "Doctors are at the house. Things aren't good." At the start of the day, several news organizations chased down a rumor that the ex-president had died, but it wasn't true... Family members gathered at the Reagan's Bel Air home late Friday... The Reagan's home will be at North Island in San Diego. It will replace the Constellation.

Those photos are pretty cool. My cousin's husband was part of the crew that built the USS Ronald Reagan.

Yep, they frequently lose all self-control in pretending to be sane and show their honest selves. The biggest farce as of late has to be their pretend support for the troops. You should have seen that veil disappear as soon as the prison story came out. It gave them a much wanted excuse to denigrate the military as a whole.

They will do the same with President Reagan - while whining that they 'took the highroad' concerning Paul Wellstone.

It is an ugly sight.

No problem. We can just rename it Mt. Reagan :-)

I can not think of a proper memorial/ monument to Rondalus Maximus.

The man who saved this country/ reivorgated the consertive movement.

God bless Ronald Regan.

Thankyou.

People may think I'm silly for crying about a man I've never met, who was president of a country I was only in for 13 months. But I don't think I'll find too many of them here.

They should dub Hwy 50 Ronald Reagan Highway. Driving west to east, it begins in Sacramento, CA, as did Ronald Reagan's career in electoral politics, and it passes right through Washington, D.C., (Constitution Ave., right past the Lincoln Memorial, bordering the Mall), to Ocean City, MD, on the Atlantic coast. The highway is, like Pres. Reagan, as big as America.

I wonder if anyone speaks with pride of building the USS Jimmy Carter, which, if I'm not mistaken, will be christened on Saturday.

I'm nearly twice your age, and I have seen them come and go. Ronald Reagan might not have been perfect, but what the hell, Who is?

What Ronald Reagan did for many of us who are old enough to remember where we came from before Ronnie, He made us love this country again, he restored our faith in the wisdom of our forefathers and he never, ever put politics in ahead of what was good for our Nation.

Sure he made some mistakes, but Ronald Reagan became the 40th President of the United States in a time when a lesser man could have easily allowed the Soviet Union to spread it's evil far and wide for his own political reasons, and possibly even our downfall. Ronald Reagan was a man of vision who knew where he wanted to lead this country, and he did so against the massive protests from the left in this country.

President Reagan was able to pass his agenda despite the Liberal majority who was against him. he did so by taking his message directly to the people, and when he spoke, most Americans felt like he was speaking to them personally.

Ronald Reagan started out as a life guard on the Rock River where he saved many lives, little did he know that he would end up saving the world.

He was the Jackie Robinson of the Conservative movement.

The strength not to go crazy from the hateful remarks.

Amazing grace.
