You tell your dad I said "Thank You...and God Bless." My wife's uncle was a Korean War MIA. He never came home. He's still MIA. I just wrote a screenplay on his story. My agent says thing's seem to be looking good. Anyway, tell your dad that although Korea is the "forgotten war," many still remember.

My dad passed on Dec 17, 2003. Even though he retired from active duty in September 1977, he never really "retired". He just didn't go into the office anymore.

Good luck with your screen play. The patriotic atmosphere following 9/11 and the passing of Reagan this week are events that would probably cobble up interest in your work.
