Bless his heart. He's a good man. This speech didn't help as much as it should have. No fire in the belly. I know it's there, but he didn't show it.
We will see,Nov. 7th;)
It's only the first one of a series.
It is suppose to be a "Here is the plan " for those who haven't been listening!
I do this for a living...and you don't lay out a five-point plan as clearly as the President did by spitting fire.
It's not the time or place.
I thought it was a great speech. Too bad the abc, cbs, pbs, and fox did not carry it. Our local nbc station carried it live.
I thought President Bush was honest and sincere. He was determined and compassionate.
I agree, that is exactly what I just said to my wife..
Why do we need dramatics? Fire in the belly? He gave us what everyone has been asking for. A PLAN, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. George W. Bush is not an actor portraying a President. HE IS the President and he IS good at what he now does. Lip biting, the feeling of other's pain, eye rolling, all that Liberal bullshit we were subjected to for 8 years is over, OVER. We are now dealing with a President who knows who the hell he is! What he want to accomplish! How he intends to end this war. How he will keep us safe!
He is level headed. He understands business, the dummy has a MBA! He understands ecomonics! The economy is recovered!
Fire in the Belly??? Who do you want to listen to with fire in the belly? The only one I can conjure up is Al Sharpton.
Did not need to change my mind, I still believe in his vision and consider the Americans who oppose
him as nothing less than traitors. Not just traitors to America, which they are, but traitors to the hope
of mankind itself. They may have the freedom to say the hurtful things that encourage and strengthen
the enemies will, but that does not mean I have to treat them with any respect. I will not help them
pretend they are patriotic americans. They deserve nothing but contempt, if they exhibited similar
behavior in the tyrannical countries they are effectively supporting they would simply be shot.
