Just outlined elections coming. The first in Iraq's history. Iraqis determined not to be at the mercy of a dictator again.
There will be more violence as that historic event approaches.
He did already note that a new prison facility will be built and Abu Ghraib razed.
President Bush: We are not there to make them American. A free Iraq will always have a friend in the United States of America.
