You know some VERY strange people.

I don't know a single.solitary soul,in real life, who says such things or feels that way.Heck,I even know some Dillard Dems, who are so fed up with their party ( finally),that they're going to vote for President Bush.

Liasson earned a bachelor's degree in American history from Brown University in 1977. From September 1988 to June 1989, she took a leave of absence from NPR to attend Columbia University as a recipient of a Bagehot Fellowship in economics and business.

Graduated in 1977, so I'd guess 48. I don't think she looks that old at all. I'd have guessed low forties.

You sure you didn't just start the rumours? ;)

I heard that bracelets story and sat right up and paid attention, because my daughter falls into that category. The last "fad" the news missed, but ran their commercials was the "Axe bodyspray will get you some". My daughter told me gangs of boys were running around school spraying girls with the crap.

EVERYBODY should get "Misunderestimated". Sammon goes after the ugly protesters, the elite leftist media and has great access to the President and others in the Administration. He's great!

Dang Howlin, you are suppose to cheer me up. Start dressing someone else down, will ya.

Seriously, I wonder tonight how we can proceed as a nation with such dishonorable people in places of responsibility. What does it say about us to the enemy, to our children. Maybe it has always been this way and I never noticed.

I think that Falluja and the nonsense with al Sadr was handled extremely well, better even that the dash to Baghdad. Bringing the economy around like that, under most people we would have had a minor depression. Brilliant understanding and leadership of Science and Technology issues and not just NASA (I am a bit on the inside here and see it better perhaps than the layman, but still...it is all out there in the public domain.) I could go on and on...

And not one bit of credit. Not one bit.

Some long term freeper posted yesterday he'll vote for Kerry

Riddle: What do you call a conservative casting his/her vote for any presidential nominee who wants to increase taxes; promotes abortion "rights"; champions gay marriage; is soft on Islamofascism; and yearns to give the United Nations authority over the United States...?

Answer: A liberal.

She seemed to be rather sickly for a few months. Remember her cough?

We went to Afganistan to kill the bastards who
caused the people to jump from the Towers. We went into Iraq for entirely different reasons. Even George Bush has
never blamed Saddam for the Towers.

Thanks. I'll be listening on the way home from work.

Assuming, of course, you can find a radio station that is carrying it.

LOL! We don't need no steekin' infirmary or drips! We need a true conservative cable news channel. With honest-to-gosh investigative reporting.

I'm sure we will withdraw as many troops as is possible as soon as the mission has secured the country to the extent necessary.

We all knew what the war on terrorism was going to be before it ever started. We were informed by our President, standing in front of our congress, that this war would be fought in holes, and mountainsides and streets, etc, that this war was not being fought against formal armies of an opposing nation, but by helter skelter killers, who aim at innocents and kill via hit and runs.

We are DOING GREAT!

Our troops are the best. We have labeled the challange and have deftly worked to conquer our foes.

We also know there will be many setbacks, many losses, many errors and MUCH SUCCESS.

And we were also informed that this war would be going on for a LONG, LONG TIME. Most probably, all of our lifetimes.

There is no alternative. Other than one of living in fear.

Thank GOD we are fighting this war on the playgrounds of the terrorists and NOT on the streets of New York or Chicago. So far.

We have done much to disorient and upset the terror networks...but they can reform and breed upon hatred (much like liberals do-when they aren't killing in utero unwanted babies, etc)

SO BRAVO for President Bush for having the vision and courage to see the most important picture-pricking the souls of those who have never tasted FREEDOM and planting this seed within them, for future ripening and hope, and the eventual chance of peace in the torn and brutal world that is the middle east as well as the future security of our own children in the years to come. Liberals don't care about this...it is so unpopular to actually act upon something that does not get immediate rewards in their book. And doing what is right, even if unpopular, is not a character trait of liberals anymore. klinton sealed their fate and reputation with great flourish.

I don't expect a peaceful Iraq for decades. Do you? Freedom never comes easily and the price is usually high.

I am proud to be a part of a nation that cares enough to spread this most precious of blessings while confronting terrorists in their nests.

Also.. Peach.. I'm a whisky girl myself, but sounds like your enjoying your gin..
