Which sign? I usually don't put names on posts. I may note relationship to Terri or their occupation but not their names. While we were on the corner before the hrg, one of Mikey's attorneys snapped our picture while she was waiting at the light. They sure want to i.d. us for some reason, or maybe than plan on using Terri supporters to open up another can of worms.

In the hearing, Terri supporters were referred to as protesters by Scott Swope Atty. As if we are rioting or something. We are supporters but that just sounds too darn nice! Swopey has made his own deal with the devil attacking Terri's dad to help Mikey. Translucent ghouls who passed the bar - that's all they are.

Another outrage that I located in a letter sent to Ashcroft and Delegate Marshall.

October 21st

A Catholic miraculous medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary that had been blessed by Pope John Paul II was brought to Terri Schiavo to be placed on her person, bedside or where she could visibly see it in her room at Woodside Hospice.

However, the medal could not be given to her because in fact, all religious holy cards of various saints and various Catholic artifacts had been removed from her room and thrown away. We were fore-warned that if the medal was placed anywhere in her room or on her body it would be thrown away.

For all we know DEBRA BUSHNELL threatened CNN in the courtroom that if HINO's counsel wasn't available for balance, CNN would be sued. That's how HINO's minions operate. She talked to CNN for quite awhile. Maybe she turned them down so they turned the Schindlers down.

Maybe I'll find out sometime this week what actually happened this time. It was a long afternoon. Maybe the Schindlers were exhausted I was when I got home. Just babbling - it's the middle of the night.

The above report not only indicates that absolutely nothing suspicious was found as the result of this exhaustive investigation, but also that the 'marks' and 'needle cap' (which turned out to part of an irrigation kit) were found PRIOR to Terri's parents visiting that day.

In speaking personally with the Clearwater Police Department, I have learned that they don't even have a forensic team.

Do you think there could be a possibility that the reason she went into a coma in the first place was because of foul play involving her husband?

I just say this because maybe he could possibly not want her to come out of a coma. --- just thinking

To river22 anent Terri Schindler Schiavo First of all she's not in a coma and she's not in a PVS. There are many sources of media, information, research, etc. which prove this out. Secondly, she has been denied any meaningful rehabilitation for her to be able to gain back her ability to speak, etc. and other therapies which are her retained rights. Said therapies, said rehabilitation, to be brought to capacity at the earliest possible time have in the past been and up to now (May 27, 04) been denied and only in the past was the appearance that therapies were being given for short periods of time was all that Terri was afforded. If you are talking about the incident which occurred sometime between the evening of 2-24-90 and the early morning hours of 2-25-90 I adamantly assert my belief, through investigative research that Michael is responsible for the injuries sustained to Terri in reference to above said time period and his conflicting accounts on at least 3 different occasions prove this out. A chart has been made which prove that Michael is a pathological liar and is responsible for what he did to Terri. He needs to study the chart of Michaels depositions, testimonies, etc. about his conflicting accounts of the night of 2-24-90 and early morning hours of 2-25-90. Swope probably already knows which makes his actions all the more criminal. Does anyone except for a person whose only motive is to commit attempted murder or GBH (grevious bodily harm) run up to someone using the exact language that you learn in CPR class (I know in that I have been through CPR class) and say 'Terri, Terri, you OK?' just like you are taught to do with Annie the CPR doll and then fail to render assistance? Swope, Bushnell and Felos are fully aware that Michael attempts murder and they are trying to get it done again under color of law. They are also aiding and abetting attempted murder as well as Greer, Baird, Demers, McCabe, etc. Hospice of Florida Suncoast, etc. We must get this to be stopped.

Michael is getting tax kickbacks from Medicare/Medicaid and won't even fix Terri's wheelchair or do anything for Terri except for warehouse her. Let's make this change.

The one who was sitting next to me was a Michael Hospice witnses. She had a distinct accent and her hair piled up in a loose bun.

EXCERPT from St. Pete Times re: exchange in the hallway of the courthouse.

Attorney Deborah Bushnell, representing Michael Schiavo, said she is recommending to Schiavo that someone else be present this weekend during the parents' visit to ensure the woman's safety.

Attorney Pat Anderson, who represents Mrs. Schiavo's parents, said the judge's order forbids that supervision.

As Anderson walked out of court, she told Bushnell, "You're going to burn in hell, lady."

Bushnell responded, "Quit grandstanding."
