Reports of suspicious person, packages halt Metra train (Illinois)
May 28, 2004 — A Metra train was stopped in Bartlett following reports of a suspicious person and packages. Bartlett police and DuPage County Bomb and Arson are on the scene. Metra is running system wide checks.
Officials have reportedly taken one person into custody. They are not releasing details about the reports or that person.
The Milwaukee Line was headed toward the city. Another train is coming to pick up passengers.
